1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS

 

Domestic Shipping:

Standard (1 to 3 Weeks): $7.95

Express (1 to 2 Weeks): $17.95

(Contiguous US only)

International Shipping:

International Standard (1 to 4 Months): $38

International Express (1-3 Months): $45

2. PROCESSING TIME

 

Orders are processed within 2 business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

Hawaii, Alaska and International Shipments:

International STANDARD (Hawaii, Alaska and Shipments Outside the United States):

*Expected Delivery Time: 1 to 4 Months.

*ATTENTION: Please be aware that you may be additionally charged for customs fees, import duties, and other levies associated with your order by your local authorities. These fees are separate from the shipping cost and are not included in the total amount.

*NOTE: The shipping cost for pre-orders is an estimation and may be subject to change once the final dimensions are calculated and current shipping rates are applied.

International EXPRESS (United States, parts of Europe and Australia):

*Expected Delivery Time: 1 to 3 Months.


*The Total purchase amount includes shipping, tax, and customs duty fees.


*In some cases, other levies may be charged by your country's customs authority and collected by the carrier.


*NOTE: The shipping cost for pre-orders is an estimation and may be subject to change once the final dimensions are calculated and current shipping rates are applied.


*International EXPRESS Shipping is only available in the US, parts of Europe, and Australia. International EXPRESS shipping will no longer be available if your address changes outside of eligible areas after the order is placed.

3. CANCELLATIONS

 

After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us.

 

4. RETURNS

 

Returns will be accepted within 30 day(s) from the original purchase date. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Some items, such as items on sale, may be ineligible for returns. For more information, visit https://www.enigmatic1.com/return-policy.

 

5. DELAYED ORDERS

 

In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status.

 

6. DAMAGED ORDERS

 

Enigmatic is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

 

7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

 

- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

 

The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
